      Directorate consider signing recruitment plan as a basis for the recruitment notice

5> Recruitment Announcement

     HR department for the recruitment announcement on the mass media (websites, newspapers, radio ...). Contents of notice include: Conditions of Employment, the number of personnel to be recruited, component profile, time and place of submission ...

6> Receiving and profiling

      HR department to receive, review records and documents for candidate recruitment problems if satisfactory, the professional interview

7> Interview with the expertise and comprehensive advice

    After satisfactory preliminary interview HR department in charge of coordination with relevant departments and BOM interview consulting expertise and comprehensive work and the working environment at hotel
